Our StratLine team has seen and felt leadership pressures firsthand. Jennifer Quinton, draws on decades of experience as an executive coach to CEOs/C-Suite leaders at Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 companies. She has dedicated her working life to helping thousands of leaders navigate challenges and thrive.
As a multi-time startup founder and executive, Katrin Lepik, has personally built companies from the ground up, navigating capital raises, built efficient operations, and maximized revenue to successfully exit. Katrin has seen the profound ROI of quality coaching, which inspired her to train and practice as an executive coach.
